HOW IT WORKS:
1.Contact me to set up your complementary Initial Assessment.- Fill out this form here!
2. At this visit, we'll go over forms, your information/goals/etc, and then I will take you through a "mini workout." It's nothing intense or intimidating. It's simply a few movement patterns to help me best program for you and get starting weights to use. It's typically about 45 minutes.
3. If we decide we're a good fit for each other, we'll discuss which training option is best for you, I will collect payment and get you on the schedule!

That said, gym access is recommended for long-term strength and progressive overload.
If you train at home, I recommend having:
A variety of dumbbells- adjustable dumbbells are a great option!
A bench or sturdy surface

No. Only a Registered Dietitian can legally provide a meal plan.
But I will teach you how to fuel your body, hit your protein, structure balanced meals, and create habits you can actually stick to.

My goal is to empower you to understand nutrition — not depend on me forever!
